1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the RiteSys website and REAP+ platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Use of the service
You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and our acceptable use policies. You are responsible for your account and the content you create or upload. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
3. Intellectual property
RiteSys retains ownership of the platform, software, and our brand. You retain ownership of your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as needed to provide the service.
4. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
